Chordiality is delighted to be returning to St Mary’s and St Monica’s Church in Cottingley where the choir always receives a warm welcome from an appreciative audience.
The afternoon concert on Sunday 9 October, starting at 3pm, should be no exception when the singers will perform their current ‘Best of British’ programme. The guest musician on the day is Bradford flautist Rosie Walsh who has performed with the choir on a number of occasions.
The current programme, entitled ‘A Celebration of British Music’, has been extremely well received by audiences and includes well-known numbers that brings out the ‘Best of British’ in us all. The ‘Hallelujah Chorus’, ‘Nimrod’ and a medley from Andrew Lloyd-Webber’s ‘Phantom Of The Opera‘ are just a few of many highlights.
