Cliffe Castle was the home of Victorian businessman and millionaire Henry Isaac Butterfield and the house was lavishly decorated and became, and still is, a showpiece of international art and French decoration.
The choir will perform in the stunning acoustic of the Museum’s art gallery, the Bracewell Smith Hall. On the day, visitors to Cliffe Castle – admission free – will be able to listen to the choir free of charge. A collection will be held for the choir’s current adopted charity, the Bradford Baby Bank.
For the one-hour concert, the choir will be joined by guest artists wind and saxophone quartet Notability, and together singers and musicians will perform a selection of well-known choral classics and contemporary showstoppers.
