A fantastic concert – and prosecco and cream tea – awaits when Chordiality’s singers serenade the audience at St Mary’s and St Monica’s Church, Cottingley – on Sunday 5 July at 3pm.

Following a marvellous reception at its previous concert in Otley, the choir returns to home soil with its programme of works by contemporary composers.
Tickets for the Cottingley concert are just £10 which includes prosecco and cream tea refreshments.

Proceeds from the summertime concert will support the excellent work of the Bingley and Cottingley St Vincent de Paul Society.
The Society’s work focusses on tackling poverty and loneliness by visiting the sick, providing material assistance and hosting community and social events.
Highlights of the choir’s new programme include the dynamic Sogno Di Volare by America composer Christopher Tin, Exsultate Jubilate by Sir Karl Jenkins and The Gathering Tree by award-winning English composer Rachel Portman.
Popular favourites will also be making a return. Folk song Wellerman and popular spiritual Dry Bones will join pop classic You’re The Voice alongside musical showstoppers Sit Down You’re Rockin’ The Boat from Guys And Dolls and power ballad Anthem from Chess.
Tickets are just £10, including prosecco and cream tea, (children free) and can be obtained from St Vincent de Paul Society members on either 07582 733064 or 07970 632230 or by email chordiality.choir@hotmail.com or through a member of the choir.
